If you need to enter information from a K-1 that you received, you will need to upgrade to TurboTax Premier or Self-Employed if you want to use an online edition of TurboTax (you can use any desktop (CD/Download) version).
If you need to prepare a Form 1041, and associated K-1(s), for a trust, then you will need TurboTax Business, which is only capable of preparing income tax returns for entities (not individual income tax returns) and must be installed and run in a Windows environment.
