It depends on what your tax filing includes, but if Turbo Tax is letting you know you need to file a Schedule 4 it could be because you might have reported the following:
1. Self-employment tax. Attach Schedule SE
2. Unreported social security and Medicare tax from Form 4137 or Form 8919
3. Additional tax on IRAs or other qualified retirement plans, and other tax-favored accounts
4. Household employment taxes or repayment of first-time homebuyer credit Form 5405
5. Healthcare individual responsibility
6. Taxes from Form 8959 or Form 8960
7. Section 965 net tax liability installment from Form 965-A
