I had three Schedule C's last year (tax 2017). This year there are two (for 2018) - how can I recover the schedule C information to be forwarded?

I had three Schedule C's last year (tax 2017).&#13; This year there are two (for 2018) - how can I recover the schedule C information to be forwarded?
