A LLC that has more than one member (owner) is required to file Form 1065 (U.S. Return of Partnership Income). If only one of you is listed as the owner, you will be able to file the LLCs information using Schedule C on your personal income tax return.
From the 1065, each owner will receive Form K-1. This form contains the information that will be included on your individual income tax returns.

If you are filing as a single-member LLC, you can use TurboTax Self Employed (online) or TurboTax Home & Business (desktop).
All of these products will also all you to issue 1099s to your contractors and W-2s to your employees (if this applies).
