Have an llc. We have S corps status. I used TT Home and Business. I must file IRS from 1120S. Can I keep the bus. info. inputed in TT or should I remove the bus. from TT?

Can I send in a separate 1120S downloaded from the IRS and send that in while transmitting the business info from the Home and Business Software?
