I closed my business 2014, why is sch C and K1 still showing up? In addition, the last filing information is showing up on my Virginia return as 2016 data, why?

I closed my business 3 years ago, Sch C, Sch. E pg 2 and K1 are showing as forms (although empty of data) when I  check this years return. Also, on Sch INC (Virginia) it shows the last data I filed back in 2014 as 2016. What is going on here?
