Do I have to say I'm a business in order to add a 1099-Misc with Nonemployee compensation when it is for telephone reimbursement?

I am retired from my telecommunications employer but they still reimburse me monthly for the phone, video and internet services I subscribe from them.  I do not do any work for them this is just a benefit that current employees and retirees receive from them.
