Form 5695 is for Residential Energy Credits.
To enter information in Turbotax, click on Federal Taxes, then Deductions and Credits. Navigate to the deductions section concerning Your Home and click on Start next to Home Energy Credits (see attached screenshot).
TurboTax will guide you through a questionnaire to enter your information.
