12/31/2014 ended a 4 partner llc (mom, dad, husband and I) Husband and I restructured the same business under a new llc with just us two partners, and we were given the equipment etc in exchange for our land holdings (land ownership) of that now dissolved llc. I am looking at 2015 tax return and my accountant used the original Date In Service for the assets (equipment/livestock) from the old 4-member llc. When I try to plug in the assets in TT, it is not allowing me to use the old dates since THIS new llc (husband and me) was established in 1/1/2015.
