 To delete the form in TurboTax Online:

• Go to  My Account at the top right of the page

• Then select Tools. 

• In the Pop up window Select Delete a Form

•  Next click Delete next to Estimated Taxes and form W-4 Worksheet. 

The Form W-4 should then be deleted.
