So Form 941 needs to be filed and paid quarterly. That pays the Social Security taxes, Medicare taxes, and withheld Federal Income tax.
You will also need to file and pay Form 940 for Federal Unemployment, your W-2/W-3, and possibly State Unemployment, Worker's Compensation, and/or other State requirements.
