The forms are scheduled to become available 1/27/2017. Since the forms have not been finalized by MA Department of Revenue, you will getting this error about the MA Sch INC and you will need to wait until 1/27/2017 to file (efile or file by mail). The MA Sch INC is an information form related to MA state income withholdings.
You will still be able to print and review these forms but they are not ready to file until formally released by the MA Department of Revenue.
