An employer used Codes K, V and Y for amounts in W-2 Box 14. Could they have put these code/amounts in Box 14 in error due to lack of remaining space in Box 12?

An employer used Codes K, V and Y for amounts in W-2 Box 14. Could they have put these code/amounts in Box 14 in error due to lack of remaining space in Box 12?
Or do I need to worry about it?
