Distributions from an LLC are included in Box 19 or a Form K-1 (1065).  They are not usually taxable (although there are exceptions).  A distribution typically represents a payment to owners from either prior or current taxable income or gains (typically reported in Boxes 1 through 11.  These amount flow through to page one of Form 1040 on the appropriate line as taxable income.

Guaranteed Payments to Partners are reported in box 4 of Form K-1 (1065) and this amount will flow to and be included on line 17 of Form 1040 as Self-Employment Income.
