Nobody is "bullying" you.  You don't seem to understand what the accuracy guarantee is.  TurboTax guarantees the accuracy of it's *calculations*, not the accuracy of your tax return which depends on the accuracy of the information that *you* enter.  In other words, if you enter 2 and 2 and TurboTax calculated 5, instead of 4, that would be covered, but if you entered 2 and 3 when you should have enter 2 and 2,  and TurboTax correctly calculated 5, that would not be covered since the error was yours.

We cannot help you to answer the IRS unless you tell us exactly what they said was wrong.  In almost all cases it is because of a data entry error and not a calculation error.
