TT for Business keeps showing deleted expenses. I put something in start up costs that should be in another section. I deleted it, but it's still showing in summary.Help!

Please see screenshots. I had a travel expense in here that should have been in the rental travel section, so deleted it here, and added it there.

The $499 was showing in Start up costs still, so I opened the section, selected "No" and it sends me back to the summary page, but it still shows the $499.   How come? 

I've saved, closed and reopened.  Thanks in advance for your help!
