If you and your spouse have entirely separate businesses and each satisfy the requirements to claim the Small Business Employer Credit (or any other credit on Form 8881), your best option is to create one copy of Form 8881 within TurboTax then manually complete another copy. You would need to print, sign, and mail your return in order to include two Forms 8881 with your return.
