I have a similar situation. One partner was owner through 12/31/2025, but when I enter 12/31/2025 as the change of ownership date, TurboTax for Business (1120-S) gives the same error listed in this thread about "Date of Change #1 is not between the prescribed dates." How do I get around this? 12/31/2025 is the correct date, but it's not in the prescribed range??
