If you’re unable to save changes to an existing business profile, you can work around the issue by setting up the business again with the updated information.
- From the QEF Home screen, find the "Transfer Business" or "New Business" button.
- Rather than editing the old profile, create a new business entry using the correct address.
- Since the EIN stays the same, you can use this new profile for your 2025 filings. The old entry isn’t deleted—you’re just moving forward with a new, updated profile that works around the editing issue.
