Because you do not live in a Community Property state and own your LLC equally with your spouse, the LLC is considered a partnership and must file Form 1065. This form can be prepared in TurboTax Business (desktop) or TurboTax Small Business Online.
Your personal income tax return can be prepared using TurboTax Premium Online or any version of TurboTax Desktop. TurboTax Premier (desktop) has expanded interviews and specific On Demand Guidance in the program that you may find helpful. If you choose to start with the online version, TurboTax will alert you to upgrade as needed, based on the information in your return.
