I am ready to file form 1041, but still need to troubleshoot 1 item -
The box for 643 (e) (3) election is not checked on page 2. IRS instructions indicated including Schedule D form with return and attaching a statement indicating the Estate would like to make this election.
I'm a bit confused. Could someone clarify?
