@Lani6, @Rightfield, Closing the loop on this: After my 2nd request on October 20, 2025, TurboTax finally agreed to formally investigate and fix the issue with printing IRS Form 8582 Page 3. Unfortunately, the software fix will apparently only be applied to TurboTax 2025, not TurboTax 2024 or TurboTax 2023.
Thus, with either TurboTax 2024 or TurboTax 2023, if you need to paper file an original or amended return or simply want to print / save all your required forms, you must prepare IRS Form 8582 page 3 manually using the PDF of the blank form on the IRS website.
Regarding e-filing, TurboTax stated that IRS Form 8582 page 3 is being included in e-file submissions. However, the only way to objectively verify that page's inclusion seems to be to call the IRS and ask whether the IRS in fact received it. I have not called the IRS to verify because I have yet to e-file a return that includes IRS Form 8582 page 3.
