If you have been "At Risk" for the past few years (which is almost certainly the case), you should NOT have a Section 465(d) carryover. My guess is that you accidently said you were NOT "At Risk" in prior years, which would wrongly not allow that loss in the prior years and wrongly carry forward to this year. Did last year's return have Form 6198?
I have no idea why that would be listed as a Net Operating Loss. Did you accidently say you had a Net Operating Loss in a prior year and enter that amount? On last year's return, did the tax return have net income? Was line 11 of Form 1040 a positive number?
