Assuming this is strictly a gross receipts estimation that does not factor in any business expenses, you will have to do your best to estimate how many of each bottle at certain pricing points you anticipate selling during the year.  

 

For example, if you believe you'll sell 500 of the $1 bottle, you would have $500 in gross receipts from that item.  If you think you'll sell 100 of the $10 bottles, then you'll have gross receipts of $1,000 from those bottles.  Combined, you would estimate $1,500 in gross receipts.  You will need to do this for each price point based upon your forecasted sales and complete the gross receipts section accordingly.
