You can write to the Depart of the Treasury , IRS, Cincinnati, OH 45999 and ask to have the checks reissued to your personal name. I listed other partners (mine was a LLC) and submitted their names and perentages. I had my partners sign and list their SS#'s and had the letter notorized when partner signed. I don't know if the notorizing was necessary. I received a letter from IRS that the checks would be reissued and I can expect them in the next 2 months.
