Quarterly 2025 1st Q estimated taxes with new LLC and no income
I retired on 31 March 2025. I registered an LLC on 2/7/2025. I have not had a client yet and have only expenses, zero income. Do I have to file quarterly estimated tax payment for 1st Quarter 2025?
