I think you mean your business entries in TurboTax where gone when you logged into your program. The entries disappearing like that usually means you logged in using the wrong login information, if you are working with the online TurboTax program. So, you may be able to access the original return if you log in with the correct information. In other words, you may have two online TurboTax accounts and logged into the wrong one.

 

If you are working on the desktop TurboTax program that you downloaded to your computer, you may have not saved the information you entered when you closed the program, so that would explain why it was missing when you logged back in. If so, you should close the program you are in without saving it and see if you can load up the original file you were working on as it may have information you entered before the last time you worked on it.

 

Otherwise, you will have to start over and re-enter all your personal and business information. The individual return you mention would include a section where you enter your self-employed business income and expenses.
