I reviewed the diagnostic of your NY return, and I checked Go over New York again. I continued through the interview, including the Form W-2 Summary for the NY wages, and kept going until I reached the screen New York State portion of IRC125. There was $0 entered in New York Source Portion, and that reflected in the error on Form IT-225.
I deleted the $0, left it blank, and the error was gone.
If this doesn't work for you, you will have to contact support to get this issue resolved.
