Did you upload or import the W-2?  If so, follow these steps:

 

  • Delete the New York Return
  • Go back to Federal
  • Select Wage & Income
  • Select W-2 
  • Delete W-2 import
  • Manually enter W-2
  • Run NY Return again

Please respond back if this does not fix the return in TurboTax Online.
