Can I include my entire year of cell phone costs in my personal business expenses if I only operated the business for 4 months?

I ran a personal business Jan - April 2024, in NV. In my business expenses, can I include my monthly cell phone cost for all of 2024 (Jan - Dec), or can I only include my cell phone costs for the months I operated my business (Jan- April)? Thank you!
