It seems like if you just blank out the column Bs that Turbotax will take it, but you are potentially paying $thousands more in taxes.
For me (and sounds like many others) 1095-A says $0.00 for B (and $0.00 C as I didn't take any advanced credit for 11 months) but the $0 is misleading as they are failing to calculate the SLCSP cost from the tool at https://www.healthcare.gov/tax-tool/#/
Sounds like if you didn't take the credit in advance then the 1095-A cannot be entered as is:
