To uncheck the box for Form 8862, you will have to delete the form. To delete the form, follow these steps in TurboTax:
- Log in to TurboTax
- Select Tax Tools on the left side panel
- Select Tools
- Select Delete a Form
- Select 8862
- Confirm Delete
