To get the income to report on Schedule 1, Line 8k follow these steps:
After you have entered all other income, enter the section for Miscellaneous Income.
- Select Other Income not already reported on a W-2 or 1099
- Select Other Reportable Income
- Answer Yes to Did you receive any other taxable income?
- Provide a description (that makes sense to you) in the description box, and an amount in the amount box.
This will transfer the income to Schedule 1, Line 8z.
