Before you do that I would take a look at the actual schedule C (you can print a pdf after you have paid but before you send in the return).  Make sure that the numbers that are being sent to the IRS are exactly what you want them to be.  If you see any discrepancies then you'll know which number to fix.  If everything looks correct then  you can go ahead and send it.
