Please check Form 568 using Forms Mode to be sure you are eligible to e-file this California form.

1. After you open the form, click the Errors icon at the top of the right column. This opens a message box below the open form.
2. Note the checkbox on Line M(1) that may indicate you are not eligible to e-file Form 568.
3. When you reach Side 7, you can print Form 568 if you need to mail it.
4. Follow the instructions for the Payment Voucher.
