two suggestions:
These comments are mostly for Turbo Tax use to improve the software. I didn't put in the comments for Turbo tax because those terms and conditions require I indemnify Turbo Tax, which I will not do.
1. Regarding Distributions, the step by step could be expanded to be more clear and to better assist users.
for example, after answering the question "did you make a distribution in 2024" if the respondent selects "no", I suggest a follow on question to remind users of the 65 day window available under section 663(b).
2. After filling out the forms, my e filing was not going to include the K-1s as required by the IRS for a form 1041-after calling in, it seems some of the distribution selections in the step by step were not accurate anymore, even though the fully printed returns were accurate, AND the review software did not detect any errors.
