I was on the phone for 4 hours with tech support.  The tech was nice enough, but I still to not have a resolution.

I cannot access the software.  The tech convinced me to repurchase the software and apply for a refund for the first purchase, maybe the license is corrupted.  Well, I was denied a refund for the first purchase and now I have bought it again and cannot access the software.

I hope it will be resolved.  

This may be my last year using turbo tax even though I've used it for years.  There is other tax software on the market.  Intuit is the worst!!
