If you e-filed the W-2s/W-3, you don't need to mail anything for Federal purposes for the W-2/W-3.
Your state could require an additional filing for the W-2.
And don't forget Federal Unemployment, State Unemployment and other State requirements. And of course the actual 1120-S for Federal (and probably State).
