I have been a Turbo Tax customer for almost 25 years, from the software in tax Year 2022 and earlier, I was able to load the software into 5 computers and in turn was able to EFILE on all 5 computers at least 5 times per computer, I'm an accountant and help family members with their tax returns every year, last year while filing 2023 tax returns I was able to EFILE 5 times on one computer and then it stopped?? I called customer service and the service representative agreed that I should have been able to EFILE on all 5 computers (like I was able to do in prior years) and he sent me a new software License Code and when I tried my INTUIT sign on and Password which was required, I was still not able to EFILE on a second computer? I want to understand why I was not able to when it was available in prior years. I also buy Corporate Software along with the State software every year and spend a lot of money each year. I don't want to switch from Turbo Tax but I will if I have to. Intuit should not treat their customers like this.
