Hi, based on your post, you have fees for tax preparation and filing. And, you would like to receive your refund(s) by check in mail. 

 

If you have Turbo Tax fees for preparing and filing your tax returns, changing to paper file or changing to refund check by mail will not remove the fees owed to Turbo Tax. 

 

The fees must be paid before your can e-file or before you can print the return to mail. 

 

If you want to have your refund sent by check in mail follow the steps below:

 

Once you have completed your return preparation and your are in checkout, you have 3 steps to complete

1. Pay Turbo Tax Fees (you must pay these fees to file or print and mail your return)

2. Select refund or payment method for federal and state. (If you have a refund coming, choose paper check in step 2)

3. Sign and file or print your return to mail
