The following instructions will assist you in adding a form that you previously deleted:
- Log into your account and click the Take me to my return button.
- Click on the Search icon located at the top of the screen.
- Search for [name of the form you need].
- In the search results, click on Jump to [form].
- You will be taken to the section in your tax return to add/edit information to create the form in your return.
