As for the tax return for 2023, you will need to file the federal and state LLC return and check the box that says final. Whether you file as a partnership using Form 1065 or a corporation using Form 1120 will be dependent upon how you set up the LLC when you started the business. If you did not make any sort of election, your LLC is most likely considered a partnership.
