I've gotten the same rejection notice.
There is nothing in 1, 2 or 9A in my case. The problem is that 1 has not populated in the form, but the SE deduction has populated in Schedule 1, line 17 (probably as a result of entering 1095-A). Entering the deduction on line 1 of 7206 causes the deduction to double up. There is no way to override Schedule1, line 17 to avoid the double up.
I cannot delete 7206, and have tried everything, including zeroing out all entries. It keeps popping up after I delete it.

Please also be aware that 7206 is NOT mandatory for the SE deduction unless there are multiple sources of SE income.
