Have you reported self-employed health insurance premiums or SEP/SIMPLE from a W-2, under Schedule C or Schedule K-1? Any of these forms may trigger 7206, which cannot be deleted unless the underlying form entry is removed.
Your best option is to use Forms Mode (TurboTax Desktop only) and open Form 7206 in the forms list (there may be more than one). If there is an amount on Line 1, Line 2, or Line 9A, right-click the amount and choose "Data Source." This will bring up a window with the name of the form where the number came from. You may need to repeat this step until you find a number in blue. This is a manual entry that can be deleted.
Once the 7206 is completely blank, you should be able to delete it from the return (use the Delete Form button at the bottom of the form).
