Update to my first post.

 

Just spent an hour on the phone with TT

The "Specialist" which I could hardly understand could not find an issue with anything.

He would only say "Sir it will be fixed on the 29th, check back then."

I requested a refund and was denied. Only step left is to file a complaint with my credit card company.

Days and days of the same exact response from TT and no fix, this is ridiculous and wrong.
