I am also having the same issue. I've been ready to file since January & every week Turbo Tax keeps pushing the employee credits issue out even further. Every single week since January, it says it's going to take another 7 days. I'm about ready to dispute the Turbo Tax charge on my credit card as fraud, since I am not receiving the service I paid for.
