Yes, you can bring up Form 8949 in TurboTax Desktop Deluxe edition.

I assume you are using TurboTax software rather than working in TurboTax Online because you referred to Forms mode. If that's not right, respond back and TurboTax can provide Online instructions.

The easiest way to add Form 8949 to you return is to enter information about what you sold in the interview.

To do that in TurboTax Desktop Deluxe:

  1. Open your return.
  2. Select the Federal tab, then Wages & Income.
  3. Select I'll choose what I work on,  on the right.
  4. Select Start or Update to the right of Stocks, Cryptocurrency, Bonds, Mutual Funds, Other.
  5. Answer the first question Yes.
  6. Select the tile that describes your sale. For example, if you sold a vacant lot, select Other, then Continue.
  7. Enter the information on the next few screens according to your situation.

If you have more questions about how to enter the sale in TurboTax, respond back with details of what you are trying to report.
