Not sure what you mean by 'import retirement plans'. Is this a distribution reported on a 1099-R?
You could try using the IMPORT function from the FILE menu, rather than EDIT in the Investment section.
There are two Fidelity entities in the import organization list; Fidelity Investments and Fidelity Net Benefits; they each take you to different screens.
