I have used Turbotax Home and Business for many years. This year when I go to View > Step-by-Step > Personal tab > I will choose What I want to work on > Interest and Dividends > Do these still apply in Tax Year….> Interest or Dividends > Mark all "Yes" > Continue> Did You receive any Interest and Dividends > Yes > Click on "Edit" by (name of security) > Import from my bank or brokerage > Continue > etc. =I CAN import Interest and Dividends into Turbotax.
Q: This year, when I try the similar steps to import Retirement Plans, I never get to the import screen, just the manual entry. Does anyone know why NOT this year?
