A few comments:
- I agree with @rjs
- When you incorporated you used a name for the S corporation. That is what will be used on the form 1120-S.
- You also used a name when you completed the form 2553. That should have agreed to the name used when incorporated.
- I'm not sure what all the other "DBA's" represent? Maybe separate lines of business? Maybe separate Qsubs? Maybe single member LLC's? Regardless, all that will be reported on one form 1120-S.
